With check-ins to assess what’s working, what needs adjusting, and how your form and progress are developing, you get the support, clarity, and accountability you need—without giving up your own routine.

Suitable for groups of 2 to 3 with the option to add more to your group. The initial session includes a fitness assessment for all participants, followed by a customized group workout plan designed to challenge each person, keep everyone engaged, and make training fun.
